QUICK START(9) Channel indicatorsFor each channel, you have three LEDs indicator. The ‘Sense’ LED will light to green when acertain level of current is detected on the output, meaning that a cabinet is connected andthat some signal is flowing to it. The ‘Protect’ LED will light to yellow if the TDcontroller isapplying a VCEQ protection on that channel (see further for details). The ‘Peak’ LED willlight to red to indicate that the peak limiter is working to protect the cabinet or theamplifier.(10) Air intakesThe NXAMP uses forced-air cooling. The variable speed cooling fan draws air in from thefront and exhausts it through the rear. Please be sure that you do not block the air intakesor exhaust vents.Please be sure not to mix inside the same rack amplifiers with opposite air flow.(11) Screw holes for handlesThese four screw holes are for the optional handles. Fix the handles to the amplifier usingthe flat-head screws included with the handles (Screw driver or key TORX X20 is needed).PAGE 14 OF 80
