Rack-Mount TWTAs with Touch Screen ControlTouch Screen Control OverviewFive easily accessible screens providemonitor and control of a multiple TWTA system,the TWTA operation, display of TWTA eventlogging data, TWTA performance data, andsetup of the TWTA configuration includingsystem mode.Each screen features a common summarydisplay at the top which provides the criticalTWTA status information and TWTA outputpower level at a glance.Setting of TWTA parameters such as outputpower and attenuation is a two-handed operationto prevent accidental changes. To makeadjustments, select the parameter to adjustwith one hand while turning the adjust controlwith the other. Unwanted screen operation canalso be prevented with a screen lock feature.The Events and Trends screens provideaccess to logged status and performance dataover the life of the TWTA without the need todownload the data to a PC or laptop. The loggingfeature can accommodate 14 years of data.The TWTA can be reconfigured for differentsystem requirements without TWTA hardwarechanges.
