Thiscleaning method is particularly appliedto stone floors, tiles and ceramicfloors as well as for linoleumand PVC covers. Wet care is dividedup into two methods:• Wet wiping, one-stage• Wet wiping, two-stageSingle-stage wet wiping is suitablefor low levels of soiling of for floorcoverings which are sensitiveto moisture, such as raised floorsor in IT rooms.According to the specifications,in this method the floor covering iscleaned in a single work step usingmore or less strongly drainedcleaning textiles (mop, wipingcloth, scouring or dusting cloth,fleece cloth). The remaining moistureis left to dry.Two-stage wet wiping is suitablefor heavier levels of soiling. Thetwo-stage method corresponds tothe classic wet wiping method: Inthe first stage, cleaning textiles(cloths, mops, wiping cloths, widecleaning apparatus, etc.) applyas much cleaning fluid as is necessaryto soften or dissolve stronglyadhering soiling. In the secondstage, any fluid and soiling remainingon the floor covering is wipedup using cleaning textiles.Sufficient protection of the electricalinstallationThe right selection of the device installationunits, matched to the appropriatefloor type, ensure thatthe electrical installation is protectedagainst the ingress of moistureand dirt.
