He set a Stadium Course record with thelargest 36-hole comeback (seven strokes) andwon with an 8-foot par putt on the final holefor a 5-under 67. He finished at 16-under 272 tobeat Robert Allenby by one stroke. Clark wonwith a 66-67 weekend in which he made onlyone bogey—the 10th hole Saturday. It was thebest weekend on the treacherous Stadium Coursesince Fred Couples shot 132 to win in 1996.
