for new recruits<br />

demonstrated by Parish Nursing. Parish<br />
Nursing links licensed, registered nurses to a<br />
church of their choosing where they volunteer<br />
their time and expertise, empowering church<br />
members to be accountable for their health.<br />
If you are interested in serving as a liaison to<br />
your faith community through <strong>Oakwood</strong>’s<br />
Parish Nursing Program, two opportunities for<br />
training are available.<br />
September 2 – St. Louis online parish nurse<br />
preparation<br />
September 13 – University of Detroit Mercy<br />
parish nurse.<br />
Candidates must have at least two years of<br />
experience to serve in this very special<br />
