Southshore’s leadership team, patients, other<br />
volunteers, and even our Press Ganey survey.<br />
Shirley is a Welcome Center greeter and trainer.<br />
She assists the Admitting receptionist with<br />
escorting patients, families, and visitors to<br />
various departments. She demonstrates a<br />
service first attitude by training volunteers for<br />
the welcome center area.<br />
We personally thank our Southshore volunteers<br />
for their countless time and dedication to all<br />
ithey encounter.<br />
<strong>Oakwood</strong> <strong>Annapolis</strong><br />
hours that service the community, patients and<br />
visitors. Natalie Garner, a gift shop volunteer, was<br />
presented as the winner of the 2011 Student<br />
<strong>Volunteer</strong> Scholarship. Year after year the<br />
volunteer recognition luncheon provides a great<br />
opportunity to thank our volunteers who do so<br />
much for the hospital.<br />

On Thursday July 21st OAH recognized its<br />
volunteers by having a barbequed theme<br />
luncheon. Of course the day of the party was<br />
recorded as the hottest day of the year!<br />
Nonetheless we had a great time and we were<br />
able to move the festivities indoors. OAH<br />
management and executives from <strong>Oakwood</strong><br />
thanked the volunteers for putting in countless<br />
<strong>Oakwood</strong> <strong>Annapolis</strong><br />
