After advancement to each subsequent range, the <strong>State</strong> will pay the employee$275.3. After receiving a permanent full-time appointment to Heavy Equipment Mechanic,the <strong>State</strong> will pay the employee $325.C. The <strong>State</strong> may pay a tool allowance to any permanent, full- time employee not in theabove-listed classes who is required to provide his or her own tools as a condition <strong>of</strong>employment.
