He joined ITOPF in 1991 and hassubsequently been involved in many spills internationally. His primaryrole is to provide advice on spill response resources and to assist in theassessment of claims for compensation for clean-up activities.Technical Support Co-ordinatorsKeisha Huijer has a degree in Chemistry and an MSc in MarineResource and Environmental Management. Before joining ITOPF in2004, she was involved in research, data collection and statisticalanalysis at the Institute of Development Studies and the SustainableEconomic Development Unit in Trinidad.
