PrefaceWe commend Resource Center for Empowermentand Development, Inc. (RCED) for publishing the bookLumadnong Pagkinabuhi Ngadto sa Kalinaw as a result ofits study which was supported by the Poverty Reduction andConflict Transformation in Mindanao Project of the GermanTechnical Cooperation (GTZ).The book was inspired by the Higaunons in the provincesof Misamis Oriental, Agusan del Norte, Agusan del Sur andBukidnon. It chronicles the experiences, practices, innovationsand indigenous processes in peace building and describeshow they are being performed.
