Assessments and EvaluationClear and measurable effects in the <strong>for</strong>m of outputs, outcomes, and other indicators attached toeach project as well as indicators <strong>for</strong> monitoring progress and per<strong>for</strong>mance towards achievingfinal goals.7. PartnershipWays of identifying and addressing potential social and/or environmental issues bydemonstrating professional partnerships including local community, relevant knowledge andresource organizations and donors.8. LeadershipWays of promoting, stimulating, and lending local leadership in order to secure values and longlasting change through community involvement.9. EntrepreneurshipProjects designed to ultimately become self-sustained through sound venture practices, whichdelivers benefits over long-term, i.e. after project funds are terminated. This is regarded adeeper <strong>for</strong>m of financial sustainability.10. ReplicableProjects should show concrete examples of how results can or will be replicated. Basecampfavors projects with high replication value.11. DisseminationAll projects must include an in<strong>for</strong>mation dissemination component to share lessons learned.12. Co-financingProjects must be attractive and eligible <strong>for</strong> international fundraising purposes. Projects mustclearly document potential sources of co‐financing at a flexible ratio. Basecamp Foundation willgive priority to projects with higher co‐financing ratios and possibilities <strong>for</strong> matching funds.In‐kind contribution will be assessed on a case‐by‐case basis.130
