CHAPTER 10SEPARABILITY/REPEALING EFFECTIVITY CLAUSESection 61. Separability Clause. If <strong>for</strong> any reason or reasons, any part or provision of thiscode shall be held to be unconstitutional or invalid, pother parts or provisions hereof which are notaffected hereby shall continue to be in full <strong>for</strong>ce and effect.Section 62. Repealing Clause. All ordinances, resolutions, executive orders an other issuanceswhich are inconsistent with any of the provisions of this code are hereby repealed or modifiedaccordingly.Section 63. Effectivity. This code shall take effect upon its approval.Enacted: January 30, <strong>2006</strong>.19
