You’ll beworking wi<strong>the</strong>xperts<strong>Arrow</strong> has partnered with industry experts from <strong>Energy</strong> SkillsQueensland (ESQ) to help deliver this ground-breaking <strong>workforce</strong><strong>planning</strong> project. These experts will provide support to courseparticipants throughout <strong>the</strong> project.With unique industry insights, ESQ can deliver education, analysisand consulting support to assist industry, government, business andindividuals to work toge<strong>the</strong>r to address future <strong>workforce</strong> needs.An<strong>the</strong>a Middleton, Workforce Planning Manager atESQ, has extensive experience in determining currentand future skills needs for <strong>the</strong> energy and mining andresources sectors in Queensland. An<strong>the</strong>a also has broadexperience in <strong>workforce</strong> <strong>planning</strong> and analytics, workingat enterprise and industry level to understand futureskills requirements.An<strong>the</strong>a will be working with participants throughout <strong>the</strong> project toassist Traditional Owners to analyse and identify potential opportunitiesand plan for <strong>the</strong> future of <strong>the</strong>ir communities’ participation in <strong>the</strong>CSG-LNG industry.Rob Kivits, Workforce Research Analyst at ESQ,has extensive knowledge and practical experience inpolicy analysis, <strong>workforce</strong> analysis, network analysis,stakeholder analysis, modelling and statistics. Robhas experience across multiple industries, includinginfrastructure and energy.Rob is a published author in international journals, has participated inlarge research projects and holds notable qualifications including aPhD Business Management; MSc, Engineering and Policy Analysis; andBSc, Aerospace Engineering. He will be assisting participants throughout<strong>the</strong> project with a focus on regional and industry <strong>workforce</strong> analysis.

The programis intended to develop capacitywithin <strong>the</strong>se communities byproviding a greater awarenessand understanding of businessand employment opportunitiesin <strong>the</strong> CSG industry, building<strong>the</strong> knowledge required toenter <strong>Arrow</strong>’s supply chain,and equipping individuals with<strong>the</strong> skills needed to secureemployment in <strong>the</strong> industry.The Whanu Binal programfeatures three separateprojects:1. business development2. employment and training3. <strong>workforce</strong> <strong>planning</strong>.Upon completion of <strong>the</strong>training, individuals willhave <strong>the</strong> skills and toolsnecessary to seek andapply for business andemployment opportunitieswithin <strong>the</strong> CSG industry.
