accordance with rules and regulations on receipt of a request therefore, from theinstitution accompanied by (1) an undertaking in the prescribed Proforma that the termsand conditions of the grant are acceptable to the individualfarmers/college/organization, (2) a certificate stating that they are not involved in anyproceeding relating to the accounts or conduct for any of its office bearers, (3) a bondduly executed and signed in the prescribed Proforma for the full amount as sanctionedin this letter and/or the grantee has been exempted from executing a bond, (4) a certifiedcopy duly authenticated by a Gazetted Officer of the documents showing theconstitution of the Governing Body or Managing Committee responsible for the runningof the organization and that the persons signing the bond are authorized to operateupon and bind the funds of the organization/institution as per the prescribed Proforma.The other terms and conditions shall be as per Operational Guidelines of the <strong>Scheme</strong>.The expenditure is debitable to Demand No. 47 – Department of AYUSH- (MajorHead)-2210-Medicinal & Public Health (Major Head) – 02200- Other Systems (MinorHead), 13-Setting up of National Board of Medicinal Plants, 130031- Grant-in-aid for theyear <strong>2010</strong>-11 (Plan).Certified that the UCs in respect of 1 st installment have since been issued. A certificate stating that grantee/institution/organization has not receivedfinancial assistance for the same purpose from any other department of the<strong>Central</strong> or State Government or any other Government Agency.
