CAG (DPC) Act, 1971 and internal audit wing of the O/o CCA of the Ministry,whenever the institution or organization is called upon to do so.The payment of grant will be made direct by ECS payable to the Office bearer ofthe Institute, authorized to operate upon its bank accounts and to bind it financially inaccordance with rules and regulations on receipt of a request therefore, from theinstitution accompanied by (1) an undertaking in the prescribed Proforma that the termsand conditions of the grant are acceptable tothe individual farmers/college/organization, (2) a certificate stating that they are notinvolved in any proceeding relating to the accounts or conduct for any of its officebearers, (3) a bond duly executed and signed in the prescribed Proforma for the fullamount as sanctioned in this letter and/or the grantee has been exempted fromexecuting a bond, (4) a certified copy duly authenticated by a Gazetted Officer of thedocuments showing the constitution of the Governing Body or Managing Committeeresponsible for the running of the organization and that the persons signing the bondare authorized to operate upon and bind the funds of the organization/institution as perthe prescribed Proforma.
