A copy of the Inspec<strong>to</strong>r’s Reportis available for inspection on the Agency’s website www.epa.ie or can be viewed orpurchased at the Agency headquarters.It is important <strong>to</strong> note that any objectiodoral hearing request <strong>to</strong> the proposeddetermination must be made either by sending it by prepaid post <strong>to</strong> the Headquarters ofthe Agency, or by leaving the objectiodoral hearing request with an employee of theAgency, at the Headquarters of the Agency in Wexford during office hours, i.e.9.00am <strong>to</strong> 5.OOpm Monday <strong>to</strong> Friday, accompanied by the appropriate fee(s).
