A copy of the Inspector’s Reportis available for inspection on the Agency’s website www.epa.ie or can be viewed orpurchased at the Agency headquarters.It is important to note that any objectiodoral hearing request to the proposeddetermination must be made either by sending it by prepaid post to the Headquarters ofthe Agency, or by leaving the objectiodoral hearing request with an employee of theAgency, at the Headquarters of the Agency in Wexford during office hours, i.e.9.00am to 5.OOpm Monday to Friday, accompanied by the appropriate fee(s).
