<strong>Rose</strong> <strong>Hall</strong> Policies And GuidelinesBuffet Minimums – A minimum of 30 persons is required forany buffet meals. If the final guarantee is below 30, the priceper guest will be increased by 20%.Setup Change Fee – There will be a $250 charge assessedfor any requests to change the agreed upon set up within24-hours of the start of the event as noted on the signed BEO.Linens – The following linens and napkins will be provided forprivate functions on a complimentary basis:Standard linen indoor Standard linen outdoor- crimson underlay (red) - solid color- white overlay - basic whiteNapkins black/white/redDine Around Programs – Reservations are required for thea la carte restaurants. Should you require reservations foryour group, we will organize a “Dine Around” program wherebya certain number of seats will be assigned in each restaurantat specific times for the members of the group. The maximumduration for your reservation dinner is 90 minutes.
