At the center of Sonova's corporate culture are a flat hierarchy and motivated and
dedicated employees who are encouraged to think entrepreneurially and be creative.
The Group gives high priority to sustainability in its collaboration
with customers and suppliers. Sonova ensures
that the quality of its products and services always meet
the same high standards with Group-wide supplier guidelines,
conferences and training for its partners.
Within the framework of its environmental management,
Sonova ensures that it handles resources efficiently and
meets global standards. Last year, the Group reached
another milestone in its environmental management by
becoming ISO 14001 certified.

Sonova is actively committed to raising awareness about
the issues surrounding hearing and hearing loss. The Hear
the World initiative launched in 2006 by Phonak pursues
the goal of raising awareness around the world about the
importance of good hearing, and provides information on
prevention and solutions for those affected.
The Hear the World Foundation is dedicated globally to
promoting equal opportunities and improving the quality
of life for people affected by hearing loss. This non-profit
foundation provides financial funding and hearing systems
through the projects it supports.
