877C. (1) Where there is a difference <strong>of</strong> a substantial nature in thereports submitted by the Bar Council under section 7B and thereport submitted by the University Grants <strong>Commission</strong> and thereports relate to a University or Department <strong>of</strong> a University, afurther inspection shall be done by a Task Force comprising <strong>of</strong> –(i) two members nominated by the BarCouncil <strong>of</strong> <strong>India</strong>;(ii) two members nominated by theUniversity Grants <strong>Commission</strong>;(iii) one Judicial Officer in the service <strong>of</strong> theState to be nominated by the ChiefJustice <strong>of</strong> the State concerned.(2) Where there is a difference <strong>of</strong> substantial nature in thereports submitted by the Bar Council under section 7B and the reportsubmitted by the University and the reports relate to a law collegewhich is affiliated to it , a further inspection shall be done by a TaskForce comprising <strong>of</strong> –(i) two members nominated by the State BarCouncil;(ii) two members nominated by the Universityconcerned;(iii) one Judicial <strong>of</strong>ficer in the service <strong>of</strong> theState, to be nominated by the Chief Justice<strong>of</strong> the State concerned.
