Accordingly, the Commission has suggested toestablish at least four colleges by the UGC or by the Central Governmentin consultation with BCI, in the four corners of the country.The provisions relating to recognition, de-recognition and inspectionof Universities and law colleges are suggested for suitable amendments, inorder to do away the conflicts in exercise of powers of various bodies. It isthus recommended that in the event of difference in the inspection report ofthe Bar Council and other bodies, a further inspection has to be done by aTask Force, as done under the All India Council of Technical EducationRegulations.The Commission has recommended that a law graduate shall gettraining from an Advocates having 10 years experience in the Bar, andshould also qualify Bar examination, before allowing him to be enrolled asan Advocate, as suggested by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in V.
