35(4) All questions which come up before any meeting <strong>of</strong> the BarCouncil <strong>Legal</strong> <strong>Education</strong> Committee shall be decided by amajority <strong>of</strong> the votes <strong>of</strong> the members present and voting and inthe event <strong>of</strong> an equality <strong>of</strong> votes, the Chairman shall have andexercise a second or casting vote. It requires insertion <strong>of</strong> subsection(2A) in section 10 <strong>of</strong> the Advocates Act, 1961.(5) <strong>The</strong> Bar Council <strong>Legal</strong> <strong>Education</strong> Committee should meet at leastonce in every three months.(6) In section 10A <strong>of</strong> the principal Act, in sub-section (4), for thewords, “every committee there<strong>of</strong> except the DisciplinaryCommittees ”, the words “every committee there<strong>of</strong> except the BarCouncil <strong>Legal</strong> <strong>Education</strong> Committee and the DisciplinaryCommittees”, shall be substituted.
