CMI FPE Ltd. to supply a 6–Hi Single
Stand Reversing Cold Rolling Mill to
HOA SEN Group, Vietnam
Mumbai, July 27, 2010. CMI FPE Ltd., the Indian subsidiary of Belgian
services and engineering Group CMI, has entered into an agreement
with HOA SEN Group, Vietnam, for the design and supply of yet
another 6-Hi Single Stand Reversing Cold Rolling Mill. This makes it
the third order in last four years.
In 2006, CMI FPE Ltd. supplied a Cold Rolling Mill Complex (including a 6–Hi Cold
Rolling Mill, a Pickling Line and a Rewinding Line) to HOA SEN Group. Last year, CMI
FPE Ltd. got a second order for another 6–Hi Cold Rolling Mill.
The main features of this 6–Hi Single Stand Reversing Cold Rolling Mill are as follows:
1. 1400 mpm mill speed;
2. AC electrical;
3. Automatic flatness control system on both sides;
4. Level – 2 automation system.
