Pleasurable feeling connectedwith the cankers is subject to renewal. Therefore it is called the ill <strong>of</strong> change.The five aggregates <strong>of</strong> clinging constitute the ill <strong>of</strong> existence.Thus should the Noble Truth <strong>of</strong> 111 be known.TRUTH OF THE ORTGIN OF ILLQ. What is the Noble Truth <strong>of</strong> the Origin <strong>of</strong> 111?A. "Even this craving, causing new rebirths, accompanied by delightand passion, finding gratification now here and now there, namely, the cravingfor pleasure, the craving for existence and the craving for annihilation". Here"causing new rebirth" means: "Craving, wherever it is, causes rebirth"."Even this craving" means: "Craving is the origin <strong>of</strong> ill; it is not a coarising"."Accompanied by delight and passion" means: "Craving causesthe arising <strong>of</strong> delight. This is called manifestation. It causes to stain. Thisis called passion. It stirs up delight conjoined with passion".
