If they do not trickle out, they cause one hundred and one diseases.Thus one develops the perception <strong>of</strong> the loathsomeness <strong>of</strong> food through"aggregation".That yogin by these ways and through these activities develops the perception<strong>of</strong> the loathsomeness <strong>of</strong> food. Through disliking, his mind becomesfree and is not distracted.
