(the“Authority”) is engaged in the <strong>development</strong> <strong>of</strong> S t a t eHighways and as part <strong>of</strong> this endeavour, the Authority has decided toundertake construction, <strong>development</strong> and operation/maintenance <strong>of</strong>Four Laning with paved shoulder <strong>of</strong> Rewa Ring Road on BOT(Toll +Annuity) basis in the State <strong>of</strong> Madhya P radesh (the“Project”) through Public-Private Partnership (the “PPP”) on Design,Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (the "DBFOT") basis, and hasdecided to carry out the bidding process <strong>for</strong> selection <strong>of</strong> a privateentity as the bidder to whom the Project may be awarded.
