RFQ <str<strong>on</strong>g>document</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>for</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>development</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> Four Laning <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> Rewa Ring Road <strong>on</strong> BOT (Toll + Annuity) basisRupees 50 (fifty) to a US Dollar. In case <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> any other currency, the same shallfirst be c<strong>on</strong>verted to US Dollars as <strong>on</strong> the date 60 (sixty) days prior to theApplicati<strong>on</strong> Due Date, and the amount so derived in US Dollars shall bec<strong>on</strong>verted into Rupees at the a<str<strong>on</strong>g>for</str<strong>on</strong>g>esaid rate. The c<strong>on</strong>versi<strong>on</strong> rate <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> suchcurrencies shall be the daily representative exchange rates published by theInternati<strong>on</strong>al M<strong>on</strong>etary Fund <str<strong>on</strong>g>for</str<strong>on</strong>g> the relevant date.£Divide the amount in the Experience column by <strong>on</strong>e crore and thenmultiply the result there<str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> by the applicable factor set out in Table 3.2.6and in case <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> a C<strong>on</strong>sortium, further multiply the result there<str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> by theproposed equity shareholding <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the applicable Member, to arrive at theExperience Score <str<strong>on</strong>g>for</str<strong>on</strong>g> each Eligible Project. In the case <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> an Eligible Projectsituated in an OECD country, the Experience Score so arrived at shall befurther multiplied by 0.5, in accordance with the provisi<strong>on</strong>s <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> Clause 3.2.7,and the product there<str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> shall be the Experience Score <str<strong>on</strong>g>for</str<strong>on</strong>g> such EligibleProjects. Above all, the sum total <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> columns 6, 7 and 8, as the case may be, inrespect <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> each Eligible Project shall be restricted to a ceiling equivalent tothe Estimated Project Cost, as specified in Clause 3.2.8.NIT No. MPRDC/BOT (T+A)/PQ/2012/ 7783 Bhopal, dated 27.09.2012 - 51 -
