RFQ <strong>document</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>development</strong> <strong>of</strong> Four Laning <strong>of</strong> Rewa Ring Road on BOT (Toll + Annuity)basis3.2.4 For a project to qualify as an Eligible Project under Categories3 and 4, the Applicant should have paid <strong>for</strong> execution <strong>of</strong> itsconstruction works or received payments from its client(s) <strong>for</strong>construction works executed, fully or partially, du<strong>ring</strong> the 5(five) financial years immediately preceding the ApplicationDue Date, and only the payments (gross) actually made orreceived, as the case may be, du<strong>ring</strong> such 5 (five) financial yearsshall qualify <strong>for</strong> purposes <strong>of</strong> computing the Experience Score.However, payments/receipts <strong>of</strong> less than Rs.7.00 crores (RupeesSeven crores) shall not be reckoned as payments/receipts <strong>for</strong>Eligible Projects. For the avoidance <strong>of</strong> doubt, construction worksshall not include supply <strong>of</strong> goods or equipment except when suchgoods or equipment <strong>for</strong>m part <strong>of</strong> a turn-key construction contract/EPC contract <strong>for</strong> the project. Further, the cost <strong>of</strong> land shall not beincluded hereunder.3.2.5 The Applicant shall quote experience in respect <strong>of</strong> a particularEligible Project under any one category only, even though theApplicant (either individually or along with a member <strong>of</strong> theConsortium) may have played multiple roles in the cited project.Double counting <strong>for</strong> a particular Eligible Project shall not bepermitted in any <strong>for</strong>m.3.2.6 Applicant’s experience shall be measured and stated in terms<strong>of</strong> a score (the "Experience Score"). The Experience Score <strong>for</strong>an Eligible Project in a given category would be the eligiblepayments and/or receipts specified in Clause 2.2.2 (A), divided byone crore and then multiplied by the applicable factor in Table3.2.6 below.
