RFQ <str<strong>on</strong>g>document</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>for</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>development</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> Four Laning <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> Rewa Ring Road <strong>on</strong> BOT (Toll + Annuity)basisshall be modified, substituted or withdrawn by the Applicant <strong>on</strong>or after the Applicati<strong>on</strong> Due Date.2.16.2 The modificati<strong>on</strong>, substituti<strong>on</strong> or withdrawal notice shall beprepared, sealed, marked, and delivered in accordance with Clause2.13, with the envelopes being additi<strong>on</strong>ally markedMODIFICATION”, “SUBSTITUTION” or WITHDRAWAL”,as appropriate.2.16.3 Any alterati<strong>on</strong>/ modificati<strong>on</strong> in the Applicati<strong>on</strong> or additi<strong>on</strong>alin<str<strong>on</strong>g>for</str<strong>on</strong>g>mati<strong>on</strong> supplied subsequent to the Applicati<strong>on</strong> Due Date,unless the same has been expressly sought <str<strong>on</strong>g>for</str<strong>on</strong>g> by the Authority,shall be disregarded.D. EVALUATION PROCESS2.17 Opening and Evaluati<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> Applicati<strong>on</strong>s2.17.1 The Authority shall open the Applicati<strong>on</strong>s as per the key dates atthe place specified in Clause 2.13.3 and in the presence <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> theApplicants who choose to attend.2.17.2 Applicati<strong>on</strong>s <str<strong>on</strong>g>for</str<strong>on</strong>g> which a notice <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> withdrawal has been submittedin accordance with Clause 2.16 shall not be opened.2.17.3 The Authority will subsequently examine and evaluateApplicati<strong>on</strong>s in accordance with the provisi<strong>on</strong>s set out in Secti<strong>on</strong> 3.2.17.4 Applicants are advised that pre-qualificati<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> Applicants will beentirely at the discreti<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the Authority.
