Inaddition, the manufacturing process andresultant structure of the state-of-the-artcompound layer resin bonded cartridge ispresented.INTRODUCTIONHighly viscous fluids require filtrationat high differential pressures and/or elevatedpressures. These high viscosity applicationsinclude coatings, inks,polymers, and adhesives as well as numerousspecialty applications. The diversityof these applications is suggested bythe list presented in Table I.
