The minimum age is 16 for spa services,the fitness center, fitness classes and the wet areas.• If you are a resort guest, we encourage you to leave all jewelry and personal items inyour hotel room.• The Woodlands Spa is a cell phone free area. Guests are asked to turn cell phones offor to place on vibrate and to limit cell phone usage to our front lobby area.• All prices and/or listing of services are subject to change without notice.• The Woodlands Spa is a non-smoking facility.Cancellation Policy• If you must cancel or change your spa reservation, you must notify The WoodlandsSpa at least six (6) hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid acancellation charge of 40% of the service price plus gratuity.• Twenty four (24) hours notice is required for package cancellations.• All “no shows” will be charged 50% of service prices, plus gratuity.About Your Woodlands Spa Visit• Please arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to your first spa service or 15 minutesbefore a salon service. Late arrivals may result in a modification of services in orderto honor the next scheduled appointment.• For your convenience a 20% service charge will be added inclusive of gratuity andtax. This amount is adjustable based on your level of satisfaction.• The Woodlands Spa provides robes and slippers for your use during each spa visit. Ifyou plan to exercise, you will need to provide your own clothing, footwearand footwear.• We recommend that you bring your own personal headphones foruse on our cardio theater equipment.• During your spa service, areas of the body not involved will be covered.Undergarments are optional based on your comfort level.• If you have a preference for a male or female provider, please let us know. If norequest is made, you will be placed with the next available provider.Daily Spa Ritual Experience• Spa facilities include use of the indoor heated spa pool, whirlpool, steam and saunaareas, locker rooms, fitness center and fitness classes.
