Leadership VisitationPost-Visit Check ResultsOctober 15 1992In what w.ay did the Visitation meet your expectations?• This experience went beyond my expectations. I really did not know what to expect beforehand.• I feel more hopeful and motivated to find people with whom to brainstonn and plan to begininvolving ourselves.• This has been an education and inspirational experience.• Introduced me to effective leaders; showed me places of hope.• Exposed me to some exciting programs and resource persons- Gave me ideas for ministry-Encouraged me to encourage my members.• I was certain we would see outstanding commitment and leadership and I was not disappointed.• The Visitation was inspirational.• I did not know what to expect, but what I found is that I thoroughly benefited from all theinformation I received.• This was a very full and rewarding day.• It was excellent and infonnative which I had expected.• The Visitation far exceeded my expectations; the actual site visits were far superior to a seminarand receiving infonnation passively.• It was excellent.• I learned what is happening in High School.• Inspirational infonnation and involving.• To meet such dedicated and involved people make me realize how much work is being done inthis community; I really had no idea how much was going on.What can we do to make future Visitations more helpful?• Extend the time so that we can get more questions answered. and more networking can be done.• Increase dialogue time with persons involved in positive projects, programs and activities.• The clinic at Jordan High might have been a helpful stop.• Longer time at each site; try an "all day" visitation.• I would like to see more people involved• I would like to be able to invite people in my congregation that work in the education sector.• Do more visits meaning less talking and more showing.• Provide more statistics and more specifics on volunteer acts.• Continue with this fonnat.• Make it on a weekend so others who can not leave work can come.Listed below are ways your organization or congregation can become involved in helping youth.Please indicate those areas in which you feel you would like to participate. * #1.
