Topics include the structure and process of courts, factors involved in judicialdecision-making, and the appropriate role of courts in matters of public policy.213. Topics covered include the political concept of constitutionalism; therole of the Supreme Court in the political process; division of powers among the threebranches of government; and the constitutional relation between the nationalgovernment and the states.214.
