Teacher CertificationAlthough there is no teacher certification with a speciality in theatre, studentsplanning to teach theatre at the high school level will pursue certification in oralcommunication, which may include course work in theatre.ActingThe first two years of the program are considered probationary. Admission to thejunior year (the studio program) is carefully limited to maintain a nucleus of talentedactors with balanced skills and abilities.
