The hygienic quality was lower th<strong>an</strong>when bleach<strong>in</strong>g agents were used. The effects <strong>of</strong> temperature <strong>an</strong>d bleach <strong>in</strong>teract.When a detergent conta<strong>in</strong>s bleach <strong>an</strong>d the wash<strong>in</strong>g temperature is <strong>in</strong>creased,the hygiene result improves.4.5 Repeatability <strong>an</strong>d validationThe hygienic quality <strong>of</strong> common wash<strong>in</strong>g processes on naturally soiled <strong>laundry</strong>is assessed <strong>in</strong> the previous chapters accord<strong>in</strong>g to a newly developed test<strong>in</strong>gmethod. The focus <strong>in</strong> this chapter is on the repeatability <strong>an</strong>d validation <strong>of</strong>this method.
