Automatic monthly payment system (Master Card, Visa, and Discover*) based on a yearly contract. Automaticmonthly payments are easy and secure. Once enrolled, there is no lapse in <strong>members</strong>hip UNLESS the <strong>members</strong>hipoffice receives in writing a cancellation request at least 30 days prior to <strong>members</strong>hip renewal date. Automaticmonthly payment dues plus the processing fee of $3 will be processed <strong>for</strong> your convenience. There is a $10 declinedcredit card fee, and a $30 returned check fee. Ifyour <strong>members</strong>hip card or parking pass is lost or stolen, please notify the Membership Services Department. A $10 feewill be charged <strong>for</strong> replacement cards and Parking Passes. Membership cards and Parking Passes are nontransferableand <strong>MAR</strong>-<strong>JCC</strong> <strong>members</strong>hip may be revoked upon violation of <strong>MAR</strong>-<strong>JCC</strong> policies.ParkingTo expedite entry to the <strong>MAR</strong>-<strong>JCC</strong>, all <strong>members</strong> should have a valid <strong>MAR</strong>-<strong>JCC</strong> parking pass in the windshield oftheir cars (may be obtained at the Front Desk of the Main Building). The <strong>MAR</strong>-<strong>JCC</strong> reserves the right to tow (atdriver’s/owner’s expense) or place a boot (removal charge of $50) on any vehicle parked in anunauthorized/undesignated area.Use of the <strong>MAR</strong>-<strong>JCC</strong>The <strong>MAR</strong>-<strong>JCC</strong>, a <strong>members</strong>hip based organization, provides programs and services to both its <strong>members</strong>hip and thecommunity-at-large. Guests must be accompanied by a member.Same non-member guest may utilize the <strong>MAR</strong>-<strong>JCC</strong> up to three times per year. Out-of-town guests who belong toanother <strong>JCC</strong> outside the area receive complimentary guest privileges <strong>for</strong> up to two weeks per year upon presentinga valid <strong>members</strong>hip card from the other <strong>JCC</strong> to the Membership Department.Class & Program RegistrationTo register during early registration and receive priority registration and member rates on programs, <strong>members</strong>hip must bein good standing <strong>for</strong> the duration of the program. If <strong>members</strong>hip expires during the course of the program, <strong>members</strong> musteither pay <strong>for</strong> the renewal at registration, or give a post-dated payment <strong>for</strong> the renewal. Payment must accompany allregistrations <strong>for</strong> classes and programs. To be eligible to register, member accounts must be up-to-date including<strong>members</strong>hip fees. Associate and non-<strong>members</strong> may register <strong>for</strong> classes and programs when specified. No phoneregistration will be accepted. Registration will be accepted in person or by fax with completed registration <strong>for</strong>m usingMaster Card, Visa, or Discover, with registrar approval. There will be a $30 charge <strong>for</strong> any returned checks and a $10fee <strong>for</strong> any declined credit card. A registration will not be processed, a space will not be reserved in the class orprogram, and attendance will not be permitted until a signed registration <strong>for</strong>m (accompanied by payment) isreceived. Sports and fitness facilities are open Saturday, from 1-6 pm. Business and <strong>members</strong>hip officesare closed.HolidaysOperating hours and openings may vary in observance of <strong>Jewish</strong> and national holidays.
