Ms. Gastaud-Gallagher also directedthe International “Who's Who in Wine & Spirits” after several years as awine columnist at “Cuisine & Vins de France”.WINES & SPIRITSSELECTED FORLE CORDON BLEU WINECOURSESLE CORDON BLEU has an extensive networkthroughout France and abroad of thefinest producers of wines and spirits.
