Welcome to the LE CORDON BLEUWine DepartmentBuilding upon extensive experience at l'Académie du vin,Patricia Gastaud-Gallagher, academic director and director ofthe wine department of the famous LE CORDON BLEUschool of cuisine and pastry, has written a wine program designedto make the more technical aspects of wine knowledge easily accessibleto the general public, and especially so in the congenial atmosphere ofthe school.At LE CORDON BLEU, where oenophiles meet an international elite ofpresent and future culinary professionals, a strong synergy exists betweenfood and wine lovers.
