16 Fault FindingF1 FAULT DISPLAYEDFAULT: THE BURNER LIGHTS BUT THEN GOES OUT. THERE IS NO FLAME DETECTED.The flame is not spreading acrossthe whole burner and is not reachingthe sensing electrode. Is the gaspressure correct?NOCheck that the gas taps are fully openCheck the gas pressure.YESIs the boiler actually designed for thegas being used.NOChange the gas type for the boiler(gas conversion kit).YESClean the gas filter.Clean the burner.F1 or F4 FAULT DISPLAYEDFAULT: THE BURNER LIGHTS, THEN GOES OUT.The flame is spreading across thewhole burner, but not being detected.CHECKTHE MAINSFAULT NOT FOUNDIf the problem persists, change thecontrol board (PCB).(flame detection module faulty).CHECKTHEPROBEWith the power turned off, check thecontinuity between the flame senseelectrode and terminal H2 . 4 on thecontrol board (PCB).
