In the event thisAg1eement resolves an existing or potential ineligibility under Section 306 of the Clean Act orSection 508 of the Clean Water Act, this approval also constitutes certification that thecondition(s) giving rise to the violations have been corrected. Th1s certification is cond1t1onedupon fulJ compliance with the material tenns of this Agreement.
