Historian and poet Dr. Naomi Quiñonez MC theday’s event, poet Leticia Hernandez read some of her wonderful poetry, and the musicalensemble Cascada de Flores, which explores Mexican and Caribbean folk music and dance,performed.Latino Heritage Month pays tribute to the generations of Americanos/Latino Americans whohave positively influenced and enriched our nation and society.4
