After choosing a SurgiGuide type, the Framework Agreement screen appears. OrderingSurgiGuide is only possible when you have signed a Materialise Framework Agreement. Toprint out the agreement, click on the Print button. Read the agreement, sign it and fax thedocument to Materialise. You only need to send us the agreement once. Everything can beperformed online, so there’s absolutely no additional paperwork needed!As a last step, you should forward the order and the planning to Materialise or to your serviceprovider.
