June 22-23, 2004 29204The sale and acquisition of these properties meet Regents’ policy.President Boren recommended the Board of Regents:I. Authorize the administration to sell properties located at 635 Chautauqua, 643Chautauqua and 621 Cruce Streets in Norman; the proceeds from which will beutilized to address other real estate priorities; andII. Authorize the administration to acquire property located at 1017 Jenkins inNorman, from The University of Oklahoma Foundation.Regent Everest moved approval of the recommendation as amended to correct thestreet addresses as shown above. The following voted yes on the motion: Regents Everest,Clark, Stuart, Weitzenhoffer and Wade. The Chair declared the motion unanimously approved.ACADEMIC PERSONNEL ACTIONSADMINISTRATIVE AND PROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL ACTIONSRegent Everest moved the Board meet in executive session for the purpose ofdiscussing personnel-related issues as listed above.
