Authorize the administration to sell properties located at 635 Chautauqua, 643Chautauqua and 621 Cruce Streets in Norman; the proceeds from which will beutilized to address other real estate priorities; andII. Authorize the administration to acquire property located at 1017 Jenkins inNorman, from The University <strong>of</strong> Oklahoma Foundation.Regent Everest moved approval <strong>of</strong> the recommendation as amended to correct thestreet addresses as shown above. The following voted yes on the motion: Regents Everest,Clark, Stuart, Weitzenh<strong>of</strong>fer and Wade. The Chair declared the motion unanimously approved.ACADEMIC PERSONNEL ACTIONSADMINISTRATIVE AND PROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL ACTIONSRegent Everest moved the Board meet in executive session for the purpose <strong>of</strong>discussing personnel-related issues as listed above.
