The initial phase <strong>of</strong>construction <strong>of</strong> the pipeline will generally extend eastward from the City’s wastewater treatmentplant on South Jenkins Avenue to the west side <strong>of</strong> Bishop Creek, then northeasterly crossingHighway 9 onto the University Research Campus, then north along Dewey Avenue toConstitution Street.The sketch attached hereto as Exhibit F indicates the location <strong>of</strong> the utility easements.I. Approve the granting <strong>of</strong> utility easements to the City <strong>of</strong> Norman for installation <strong>of</strong>a new gravity sanitary sewer interceptor pipeline parallel to the existing section <strong>of</strong>the Bishop Creek Interceptor that crosses University property at the UniversityResearch Campus; andII. Authorize the President or his designee to execute the easement documents.
