Approve the granting of utility easements to the City of Norman for installation ofa new gravity sanitary sewer interceptor pipeline parallel to the existing section ofthe Bishop Creek Interceptor that crosses University property at the UniversityResearch Campus; andII. Authorize the President or his designee to execute the easement documents.
