REGENTS’ POLICY MANUALSECTION 2—ACADEMICSEach academic year, the <strong>of</strong>fice <strong>of</strong> the Dean shall publish or post a list <strong>of</strong> cases occurring in the previousfive academic years. The list shall include cases in which students were found guilty <strong>of</strong> violations <strong>of</strong> thisCode, cases in which students were found not guilty <strong>of</strong> violations, and cases which were settled bynegotiated agreement. This list shall include a summary description <strong>of</strong> penalties imposed or remediesordered for violations. The <strong>of</strong>fice <strong>of</strong> the Dean shall take care to redact any information that wouldidentify students accused or adjudged guilty, but the College assumes no responsibility for unintendedidentification <strong>of</strong> students beyond that imposed by law.TITLE VIII – MISCELLANEOUS DEFINITIONSSec. 801 “Dean” means the Dean <strong>of</strong> the College <strong>of</strong> Law or the Dean’s delegate or representative.Sec. 802. “Associate Dean” means the associate dean, or the associate dean’s delegate or representative.Sec. 803. “Student” means a person enrolled at the College <strong>of</strong> Law <strong>of</strong> The University <strong>of</strong> Oklahoma, or aperson who was enrolled at the College <strong>of</strong> Law, or a person accepted for admission at the College <strong>of</strong> Lawat the time he or she is alleged to have violated this Code.Sec. 804. “School days” are days Monday through Friday in which the College <strong>of</strong> Law is in sessionduring the fall and spring semesters.Sec. 805. “Prize Competition” includes any competition for an extracurricular award, honor or prize,including but not limited to competition for scholarships, intra-school moot court and trial competitions,competition for financial aid and competition in relation to law review.(RM, 7-27-95, p. 24512)THE UNIVERSITY OF OKLAHOMA 157
