Digital Photography – This course is for anyone interested in creating digital photos, including the use of computers to<br />
process, improve <strong>and</strong> manipulate their images using Adobe Photoshop. Suitable for beginners <strong>and</strong> improvers, by the end<br />
of the course all students will have mastered all the basic skills of Photoshop <strong>and</strong> should be able to produce stunning<br />
pictures. Access to Adobe Photoshop will be provided, however you do need to bring your own camera <strong>and</strong> the use of a<br />

Hatha Yoga – Kath is a highly proficient <strong>and</strong> experienced yoga teacher with many certified personal training programmes<br />
gained throughout her 30 years as a tutor. Hatha yoga is a gentle form of exercise (ideal for beginners) which focuses on<br />
posture <strong>and</strong> breathing. Kath will teach you how to achieve a deep form of relaxation, helping to improve your quality of<br />
sleep, posture, relieve stress, anxiety, rejuvenating your mind, body <strong>and</strong> soul. You will need a yoga mat <strong>and</strong> blanket.<br />
