years as a tutor. Hatha yoga is a gentle form of exercise (ideal for beginners) which focuses on posture and breathing. Kath will teach you how to
achieve a deep form of relaxation, helping to improve your quality of sleep, posture, relieve stress, anxiety, rejuvenating your mind, body and soul. You

Painting with Oils - The art course/class has been designed for people to ease themselves into painting with oils. You can be a complete beginner, a
little experienced or a grand master. Our talented artist will take you step by step into building up to constructing a finished piece of work. A limited pallet
of 9 colours is recommended and all the class paints giving all the same experience of colour range making colour mixes much easier. You need to
