Two box sizes are available:
• The medium box offers two duplex
outlets with a surge protector and four
communications jacks in three
configurations. There is room for two
additional plates. To specify
individual faceplates, see page 368.
Communication options:
The Plexus Box is available with either
Cat. 3 (RJ11) or Cat. 6 (RJ45) transition
cables, 20’ long dependent on box type,
that simply connect to like jacks,
indicated in parenthesis.
Small Plexus box with cordset:
The small shallow Plexus box with
cordset offers temporary power and data
access at the table top. A single
electrical duplex with one data faceplate
are angled at 60 degrees for ease of
access, with room for an additional
faceplate in floor of box. The extruded
Aluminum hinge lid features a brush seal
allowing wires to pass through when lid
is closed.

Construction
Small Plexus Box with cordset, continued:
A single electrical circuit with a 15’
cable and 3-prong plus connects to
standard floor or wall outlets. Available
in two configurations: pre configured
with two RJ45 Cat. 6 connectors with
room for a 20’ patch cords or with two
data plates. To specify data plates,
please see page 368.
Note:
To specify tables to accommodate the
small plexus box, tables with cut-outs
must be ordered through CPD.
Plexus Box:
Extruded aluminum body in anodized
finish. Sides are stamped steel with
aluminum powder-coat finish. Lid is
extruded aluminum in anodized finish.
Fabricated steel body in powder coat
annodized finish.
Accomodates tables up to 1 1 /4� thick.
