products and finishes are denoted by<br />
a helicopter ( ) on the relevant<br />
page of the price list. See page 30 for<br />
a list of products and finishes, and<br />
maximum order quantities that are<br />
available within the 20-Day program.<br />
<strong>Knoll</strong> will upholster 20-Day pieces<br />
in any approved <strong>Knoll</strong>Textile or<br />
Spinneybeck leather that is in stock<br />
in sufficient quantity at time of order<br />
entry if not denoted otherwise. To<br />

The upholstery scope listed below<br />
represents <strong>Knoll</strong>Textiles and<br />
Spinneybeck leathers that are<br />
guaranteed to be in stock to support<br />
upholstered pieces on the 20-Day<br />
program unless noted otherwise in<br />
the upholstery column on page 30.<br />
Availability:<br />
20-Day orders can be fulfilled<br />
pending availability. Before<br />
specifying a 20-Day order, please<br />
check the lead time sheet on <strong>Knoll</strong><br />
Exchange or contact your<br />
<strong>Knoll</strong>Studio sales or customer<br />
resources representative to ensure<br />
availability.<br />
Maximum order quantities are listed<br />
on page 30. Please check with your<br />
customer resources representative for<br />
availability of larger quantities.<br />

Specification Guidelines:<br />
20-Day orders should contain the<br />
following:<br />
• Orders should be specified<br />
separately from standard lead time<br />
orders. Separate delivery charges<br />
may apply.<br />
• A special prefix is required for<br />
20-Day items. Please make sure all<br />
20-Day items are marked with a<br />
‘‘KS’’ prefix, as outlined on page 30.<br />
• Full payment is required,<br />
including applicable tax and delivery<br />
fees.<br />
• No changes or cancellations are<br />
allowed.<br />
• 20-Day products are only<br />
available in the continental United<br />
States and Canada.<br />
