TROUBLESHOOTINGLeaks down barrelLow velocityPROBLEMSOLUTION• Check front of cup seal where it touches the valve for wear or grooves. Replace if leak continues.• Adjust the velocity adjuster clockwise to raise the velocity.• The 12 gram cylinder may be low on co2. Replace and recheck.• Remove the bolt/hammer assembly and clean it. Also clean the inside of the body and lubricate all the O-rings onthe bolt assembly with paintball marker oil.12 gram leaks when installed • Inspect the condition of the 12 gram seal for wear. Replace seal if the face of the seal is damaged.Marker breaks paintSafety does not work<strong>Paintball</strong>s not loading into MarkerTwo paintballs shoot at a timeCan not install the bolt/hammer assemblyMarker does not work out of the box• Check the ball detent and replace if necessary. Also check that the markers velocity is not above 300 fps.• 12 gram cylinder is depleted, install a new one.• Take of the grips and check that the safety spring and ball are still in place. If they are missing, call paintballsolutions immediately.• Check that the feed adapter plug is turned to allow paint to feed into the marker.• Make sure the marker is in the cocked position.• Check that the ball detent assembly is in place.• Press the sear slide forward and install the assembly.• Make sure the marker is cocked. Always cock the marker before airing it up.• Check that the safety is turned off.12 Gram door does not stay closed • Replace the 12 gram door locking spring.NOTE: If you are experiencing any problems and you are using any aftermarketparts, it is necessary to re-install the factory parts and re-testbefore attempting any troubleshooting, as non-factory aftermarket partsare not designed by <strong>BT</strong> <strong>Paintball</strong> to work in the <strong>SA</strong>-<strong>17</strong>, and they may be thecause of the problems. Do not contact <strong>Paintball</strong><strong>Solutions</strong> until you havereturned the <strong>SA</strong>-<strong>17</strong> to factory stock condition and tested.10B T P A I N T B A L L .
