This will ensure that future payments and transfers madeby you will not be duplicated. We may automatically delete, without notice, all outstanding payment orders (allindividual payments and all recurring payments) once you cancel the Service.36. TERMINATION OF SERVICE. We may suspend or terminate your Service at any time, with or without causeand without affecting your outstanding obligations under this Agreement. We may immediately take this actionif: you breach this or any other agreement with us; we have reason to believe that there has been or may beunauthorized or illegal use of your account or the Service; or there are conflicting claims to the funds in youraccount.37. SEVERABILITY. If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be void or invalid, the rest of theAgreement will remain in full force and effect.38. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE OR THIS AGREEMENT. We may change or cancel the Service at any time withoutcause, subject to applicable laws and regulations. We may amend (add to, delete or change) the terms of thisAgreement by sending you notice of the amendment by email, as may be required by law. You agree to reviewany changes to this Agreement promptly upon receipt of our Customer Notice. Your continued use of theService after the effective date of any change constitutes your agreement to the change.39. DISPUTES.
