the year 2010 to be a transition period, in which we aim to increase ourmarket share, to do business even more rationally in terms of costs whileat the same time, not affect the quality level of our services.At the beginning of 2010, for a variety of reasons, we developed a newmission statement. Because of the negative impact the financial crisisand related events had on the banking industry, we strive to committo our core values more closely through our mission. One can not besuccessful in any kind of business if its company carries a bad reputation!So, how can we increase our reputation? How can we increase our namerecognition? Obviously, this is not a short-term project. In order for ourbusiness partners to support and accept our changes, we have to start firstwith our clients' needs and by changing ourselves. For us, a mission ismore than a statement; rather, it is a mid-term plan of activities, which weshould stick to for the next three to five years. In the past, we measuredour performance only with financial indicators. However, in the comingthree years we would like to increase our clients' satisfaction as well asour reputation among them. Without good reputation, there exists nofoundation for achieving our financial goals.We are aware of the value of our ››living capital« - our colleagues.Therefore, we strive to be an excellent employer, capable of retainingthe best as well as attracting new employees, who will, through theircommitment, set a good example not only for the banking industry butalso for other service industries. We know that it is the employee-clientrelationship which makes a true difference in service businesses.We want to achieve excellence every day, every minute and in every partof the Group. In this context, one of our key priorities will be to ensuresimplicity of doing business with us, accompanied by clients' ability toeasily understand and apply our advice.We will measure how our new mission is being implemented. We willmake sure that our activities are heading in the right direction and we willadjust them if necessary. Our mission must be reflected in tangible ways.Only then will we truly be pleased with the results.Finally, I would like to thank first our business partners, clients andinvestors, who entrusted their assets with us.
