39. During <strong>the</strong> Promotion Period two types of prizes will be awarded: <strong>the</strong> Daily Prizes and<strong>the</strong> Grand Draw Prizes.40. The Daily Prizes will be awarded to fifty (50) daily winners and each winner will receiveJMD $500 in <strong>Digicel</strong> call credit.4<strong>1.</strong> The Grand Draw Prizes will be awarded to five (5) winners and each winner will receiveJMD $1,000,000 cash prize.42. To be eligible for <strong>the</strong> Promotion, for both <strong>the</strong> Daily Prize and <strong>the</strong> Grand Prize draws,Customers must top up with qualifying credit or accumulate qualifying talk time asfollows (“Qualifying Customers’):a. For Pre-Paid Customers –- Qualifying Customers will receive one (1) entry foreach top up with vouchers valued at JMD$200.00 or more (or cumulative in suchvalue within one 24 hour calendar day) during <strong>the</strong> Promotional Period – eachsuch entry will be valid for both <strong>the</strong> Daily Prize draw and <strong>the</strong> Grand Prize draws;b. For Postpaid Customers – Qualifying Customers will receive one (1) entry forevery twenty (20) minutes of talk time accumulated per calendar day during <strong>the</strong>Promotional Period. Each qualifying entry will be valid in relation to both <strong>the</strong>Daily Prize and Grand Prize draws.43. All Qualifying Customers who qualify and are eligible for participation and entry in <strong>the</strong>Promotion will be notified by SMS of <strong>the</strong>ir qualification entry and shall be entered into<strong>the</strong> applicable Daily Prize draw and applicable Grand Prize draw.44. Pre-paid Customers may top-up using any of <strong>Digicel</strong> <strong>Jamaica</strong>’s recharge methods.45. Credit U does not qualify as a recharge method.46. Postpaid customers will receive one (1) entry for every twenty (20) minutes ofaccumulated talk time.47. Calls by Postpaid customers to <strong>the</strong>ir VIP partner(s) or destinations included in <strong>the</strong>ir‘International Call plans’ are eligible for accumulated talk time.48. <strong>Digicel</strong> to <strong>Digicel</strong> calls, <strong>Digicel</strong> to Fixed Line, <strong>Digicel</strong> to o<strong>the</strong>r Mobile providers and <strong>Digicel</strong>to International numbers qualify for accumulated talk-time for Postpaid subscribers.49. Postpaid customers must have no monies outstanding to <strong>Digicel</strong> for <strong>the</strong>ir entries to bevalid.50. Daily Prizes will be assessed on <strong>the</strong> qualifying entries received during <strong>the</strong> course of eachdaily qualifying period (expiring at 11:59pm each day) during <strong>the</strong> Promotional Period.<strong>Digicel</strong> shall randomly select 100 Qualifying Customers who qualified <strong>the</strong> day before for<strong>the</strong> daily prize draw and from that selection <strong>Digicel</strong> Customer Care shall call suchCustomers on <strong>the</strong> following day and <strong>the</strong> first fifty (50) Customers called who correctlyquote <strong>the</strong> <strong>Digicel</strong> tagline will be determined as <strong>the</strong> winners of such Daily Draw.5<strong>1.</strong> Qualifying Customers who are called must correctly state <strong>the</strong> <strong>Digicel</strong> tagline i.e.:“<strong>Jamaica</strong>’s Bigger Better Network “or “The Bigger Better Network” when contacted inrelation to any of <strong>the</strong> Daily Prize or Grand Prize Draws in order to be eligible to win <strong>the</strong>stated prize.52. Three attempts will be made to contact each Customer that <strong>is</strong> chosen. If <strong>the</strong> call <strong>is</strong>unanswered <strong>the</strong>n <strong>the</strong> attempt has failed. Failed attempts include calls where <strong>the</strong> phonerings without an answer, calls that go to <strong>the</strong> voicemail, calls where <strong>the</strong> phone <strong>is</strong> busy or
